  • Meat 1 kg
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Cashew nut 1cup
  • Cumin seed 2 spoons
  • Red paper 1 spoon
  • Ginger garlic paste 3 spoons
  • Turmeric ½ spoon
  • White Niger 2 spoons
  • Coconut powder 3 spoons
  • Vinegar 3 spoons
  • Rice 1 quarter
  • Modow saffron
  • Oil 1 cup

How to cook:

Add the white Niger, cashew nut, and coconut powder in it and fry it. Add in meat and mix it. Put the oil in pan and add onion in it and fry it until it gets brown. Now spread ginger garlic paste on it. Now add red paper, Modow saffron and turmeric in it and cook it on low fire. And dish out it.

Add the vinegar and salt in rice and spread it on meat and also spread Modow saffron on it.
