Sheera Savaiyan

Thick vermicelli 2 cup
Khoya 1 cup
Ghee 1 cup
Water 1 cup
Condensed milk 1 cup
Green Cardamoms 4
Almond 50 gm
Pistachios 50 gm
Water ½ cup
Sugar ½ cup
Kewra water 1 tsp
Yellow color ½ tsp

• In a pan put together 1 cup water, ½ cup sugar, 4 green cardamoms, ½ tsp yellow color and 1 tsp kewra water. Cook till thick sugar syrup is formed.
• Heat 1 cup ghee in a pan, add 2 cups thick vermicelli and fry well.
• Add 1 cup water and cook on low flame till half tender.
• Add sugar syrup with 1 cup condensed milk and cook for 20 minutes on low flame.
• Garnish with 50 gm almond, 50 gm pistachios and serve.
