• 250 grams Chicken boneless
  • 2 tbsps Ketchup
  • 2 tbsps Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 3-4 Garlic chopped cloves
  • 1/2 tsp All spice powder
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika powder
  • 1 Coal
  • 1 Capsicum
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


To prepare the marinate first mix ketchup, yogurt, mayonnaise in a deep bowl together, add the lemon juice and stir well.

Add in the crushed garlic, all spice powder, paprika, and salt. Mix all well. Gradually add the vegetable oil while stirring.

Add the chicken pieces to the bowl, mix well and let them marinate in refrigerate for 3 hours.

Thread the chicken in skewers, and grill on a skillet till the chicken is done, serve with fried aaloo.
