SINDHI RUBBRI KHEER

Ingredients

  • Milk 2 kg
  • Rice ½ cup soaked for 30 minutes
  • Sugar ¾ cup
  • Rubbri ½ kg
  • Kewra water 1 tbsp
  • Almonds and pistachio sliced 2 tbsp each

COOKING DIRECTIONS

Heat milk add crushed rice, cook for 20 minutes till rice tender, add sugar, cook till thick,

remove add Kewra water, rubbri, mix well add almonds and pistachio, serve chilled.
