• 2 cup cornflakes
  • 2 sprigs curry leaves finely chopped
  • 4 tbsp raisins
  • 2 tbsp cashews
  • 2 tbsp peanuts
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1/2 tbsp chill powder
  • 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
  • 3-4 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste and sugar 1 tbsp


In a pan , pour oil when hot ,put chopped curry leaves, then put nuts and fry when done put raisins and fry for minute.

Then put all the spices , fry for a minute then put lemon juice , salt , sugar and cornflakes and mix well and fry for 3-4 minutes .
cool and serve .

You can also store this in an air tight container .
