SPICY STEAMED MURG MUSALLAM

2 whole chicken
2cupe yogart
salt
red chilli powder 2tbsp
termaric powder 1tsp
garam masala 1tbsp
chat masala 2tbsp
lemon juice 3/4 cup
oil 2tbsp
ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
green chiillies 8 pureed

mix all,check for sesoning,if needed add more,apply all to the chicken & let it rest in the fridge overnight

next morning fry it in 1cup oil,this is to colour it then steam it in the steamer for 20-25mins until complety tender to touch.

take out carefully sprinkle chat masala & serve.
