Stuffed Figs

 

Ingredients

Makes 12

Serves 2-12 depending on how greedy you are :)

 

For the tart:

• l2flgs

• 200g clotted cream

• 24 shelled pistachios. Finely chopped

• Honey, to drizzle

 

Method

1. Wash the figs and cut an X in the top.

2. Place a coffee-spoonful of cream into the center of each X

3. Place the figs on a plate or cake stand

4. Lightly drizzle the figs with honey

5. Sprinkle the figs with the chopped pistachios.
