Stuffed Italian Tomato

  • Ingrediens

  • Chicken sausages Two
  • Tomato Six (big)
  • 2 table spoon Chili garlic paste
  • Egg yolk Two
  • 2 table spoon Lemon juice
  • Lemon skin One
  • 4 table spoon Olive oil
  • Tuna One small can
  • 2-3 table spoon Cream
  • 2 table spoon Mozzarella cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Tomato Two (dried)
  • Basil Leaves as Required
  • Spring Onion for Garnishing

How To Cook:

  1. Cut Tomatoes in Center and Take Out Seeds.
  2. Put Chili Garlic Sauce in Baking Tray and keep Tomatoes Over it.
  3. Bake for Ten to Fifteen minutes.
  4. For Mayonnaise: Blend Egg yolk, Lemon juice and Lemon skin in Blender and Then add Olive Oil.
  5. When Mayonnaise Becomes ready then take out Half Quantity and Mix Tuna, 1 tablespoon cream, 1 tablespoon mozzarella cheese, Salt and Black Pepper.
  6. Now add this Mixture in Tomatoes.
  7. Mix Chicken Sausages, 2 tablespoon cream, 1 tablespoon mozzarella Cheese, salt and black pepper in Remaining Mayonnaise. Mix well.
  8. Then Stuff this mixture in Tomatoes and put Basil Leaves and dry Tomato Paste.
  9. Bake for a while.
  10. Garnish with Spring onion and Serve.
