Sugar Free Chocolate Delight

1 c. crushed pecans
1 c. plain flour
1 stick butter
2 packets Sweet ‘N Low

 

Bake at 325 degrees for about 15 minutes in 9 x 13 inch pan.

 

FIRST LAYER:

 

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (12 oz.) carton of Cool Whip
8 packets Sweet ‘N Low
2 tbsp. milk

 

Cream together and spread on cooled crust and refrigerate.

 

SECOND LAYER:

 

2 pkg. sugar-free Jello pudding

 

Mix according to package directions. Pour this on the cream cheese mixture. (Best when left overnight.)

 

THIRD LAYER:

 

1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip

 

Garnish with a few crushed pecans.
