Summer Mango Recipe

This summer mango is eaten with spoon and also good with paratha in breakfast. Must try in this summer and include a new varity in your list.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Mango 1 large
  • Mustard powder ¼ tsp
  • Mustard seeds ¼ tsp
  • Yogurt 1 cup whipped
  • Fresh cream ½ cup
  • Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Whole red chilies 1 long
  • Onion 1 tbsp finely cut
  • Salt ¼ tsp
  • Oil 2 tsp
Recipe Method

  1. Peel and cube mango.
  2. Mix cream with yogurt thoroughly, refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
  3. Add mustard powder, coconut, salt and sugar, add mango cubed, and mix.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry mustard seeds, add red chilies and fry till color changes, add onion and fry till golden.
  5. Pour over mango, cool and serve.
