Supercharged Breakfast Smoothie

  • 1 1/2 cups almond milk, or as needed
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 2 clementines, peeled and segmented
  • 1 apple, cored and cut into chunks
  • 1/2 avocado – peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Directions:

  1. Blend almond milk, oats, bananas, blueberries, clementines, apple, avocado, flax seed products, honey, coconut oil, and chia seed products together inside a blender until smooth, 30 to a minute.
  2. Supercharged Breakfast Smoothie Recipe is ready to serve.
