Tawa Pulao


Ingredients
Boiled rice ½ kg
Boiled peas ½ cup
Boiled potato 1
Onion 2
Tomatoes 2
Green chilies 4
Coriander leaves ½ bunch
Dry mango powder 1 tsp
Chili powder 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 2 tsp
Turmeric 2 tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Butter 4 tbsp
Oil 4 tbsp

Method
• Heat 4 tbsp oil on a griddle, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic, ½ cup boiled peas, 1 boiled potato, 2 tomatoes, 2 tsp cumin seeds, 4 green chilies, 1 tsp fry mango powder, 2 tsp turmeric, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp mustard seeds, 1 tsp all spice powder and 1 tsp salt.
• Fry well.
• Add ½ kg boiled rice and mix well.
• Lastly top with 4 tbsp butter and ½ bunch of coriander leaves. Simmer for 10 minutes.
• Dish it out and serve.
