Thai Coconut Iced Tea Recipe

Thai Coconut Iced Tea – This is a exotic and refreshing drink for hot blazing days. Coconut milk compliments the freshness of jasmine tea and takes it from a just jasmine tea to exotic tea.
Recipe Ingredients

  • Jasmine tea 2 teabags
  • Water 2 cup
  • Light coconut milk 1 cup
  • Sweetener 2 packet
  • Recipe Method
    1. Brew jasmine tea.
    2. Strain and chill.
    3. Pour 1/2 cup coconut milk in each glass.
    4. Stir in one pack of sweetener into each glass and ice cubes.
    5. Pour half of tea into each glass.
    6. Serve right away.
    7. Tip for Presentation: Gently pour tea over the back of a spoon held close to the surface of the coconut milk mixture. The tea will pool in a layer on the coconut milk before blending.
