Hello Khun bren5209,
When I was at school age, we ate fried eggs or omelet with rice and soy sauce! Yummy! I don’t know about the other family though. At lunch, we have rice with any kind of food on the top.
To me, I eat anything for breakfast and lunch really. Sometimes, I eat the food that was left from last night. haha
Joy^^
You make nice healthy food!
the beans are fava beans.
my mom use to put dark soy sauce over sunny side up with rice and that was part of my lunch
yes, sorry – the noises on the pan are weird on the video – sound strange. Thank you for all your comments on my Thai food videos!

Hi, I like your vids. I noticed that you served the meat/beans together with the rice on one plate. But in the Thai restaurants here in Zurich the rice is always served separately in a small bowl. Which is the correct way?
Hi valentin65
In expensive restaurant, they usually do that way. Less expensive they serve the food on a side because they give less food and charge less money.
However, everything was cooked after you ordered it.
Most cheapest restaurant will cook the food in a big pot. By the time you order it, they take some and put on top of the rice. This kind of restaurant in Thailand, they show all kind of food in a glass display and we pick it there.
hi, i really enjoy your cooking. I wanted to know, what are the main sauce thai use for all cooking.
Sawasdee ka, jc2song!
Three main sauces Thai people use for cooking are Oyster sauce, fish sauce and soy sauce.
With some type of oyster sauce, you don’t have to add anything extra, like Healthy Boy Brand Oyster sauce, I used. With this sauce you don’t need to be good on cooking at all.
This brand is not so salty, so you can add as much as you want.. but not more that 3 tbsp.
hehe
Becareful, some brand is very salty and give dark color. I don’t like that.
I want to eat that one!!! Looks so nice, Yummy!!!
