Thai-Inspired Beef


Serves 2-4

450 g minced beef

2 tbs soy sauce

2 tbs wok oil or blended sesame oil

1 cup fresh coriander, chopped

5 sprigs fresh mint

2 green chilies, finely sliced

3 coves garlic, finely chopped

1/2 lime, juice only

3 spring onions, finely sliced

1 piece of ginger (2”) grated


Place your wok on high heat with the wok oil.

Once hot, add the garlic, spring onions, ginger, chilies, and minced beef and stir until the meat is slightly brown, 3 to 4 minute& Add the soy sauce, lower the heat, and stir the meat for an additional minute Remove off the heat and add the coriander,, mint, and lime juice.

Serve with some extra coriander and a slice of lime.
