Ingredients:

  • Gourd 1 kg
  • Eggs 4
  • Onion 150 gram
  • Red paper as required
  • Salt as required
  • Ghee 250 gram

How to cook:

Cut the onion in round shape. Fry it in ghee even it gets brown. Cut the gourd and spread it on the brown onion. Now led the pot even vegetable cook its own water. After that cook it on low fire.
