• 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • butter


Peel the onion and tomatoes and cut together with pepper in small pieces.

Bake onions and pepper glazy in butter and add the diced
tomatoes, let simmer.

Add the eggs one by one to this mixture and let simmer on low heat.

Season with salt and pepper and eat with turkish or french bread!
