Vegetable Capellini Recipe

This mouth-watering  recipe for Vegetable Capellini can be prepared in 30 minutes .
 Vegetable Capellini
Recipe Ingredients

  • Glass noodles ½ packet
  • Chicken breast (juliennes) 2
  • Oil 3 – 4 tbsp
  • Garlic chopped 2 – 3 cloves
  • Cauliflower 1 small
  • Leek 1 piece
  • Black mushroom 2 – 3
  • Button mushroom ½ cup
  • Onion (fried) 1
  • Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
  • Red capsicum sliced 1
  • Spring onion sliced 1
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
Recipe Method

  1. Soak ½ packet of glass noodles in boiling water. Cut chicken breast into juliennes.
  2. Heat 3 – 4 tbsp oil in a wok, add 2 – 3 cloves of chopped garlic. Fry till golden brown.
  3. Then add 2 – 3 black mushrooms, ½ cup button mushrooms, chopped red capsicum and sauté for a while.
  4. Cut 1 small cauliflower into small cubes and blanch.
  5. Now add blanched cauliflower to the wok with soaked noodles and 1 chopped leek stick.
  6. Also add salt to taste, ¼ tsp black pepper, 2 tbsp oyster sauce and 1 sliced spring onion. Mix well and turn the flame off.
  7. Fry a sliced onion till brown.
  8. Spread noodles in a serving platter, top with fried brown onion and serve hot.
