Whole Wheat Bread

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups Whole wheat flour
1 cup Milk
1 tbsp Dry yeast
2 tbsp Brown sugar
pinch Salt
as needed Luke warm water

Recipe Method

Heat the milk to just boiling, add brown sugar, stir it till it get melted. Leave it to cool down.

Dissolve the yeast in Luke warm water, & then add the above mixture, mix it well by stirring.

Take whole wheat flour & salt together in a bowl, make well in the center, & slowly pour the liquid mixture, blending in the flour continuously. Make into smooth dough. Knead this dough & cover the bowl with some plastic sheet. Let the dough rise to double the size.

Beat down the risen dough & knead well. Put in a bread baking mould. Allow to rise in a warm place, until almost double.

Bake at 180C for about 50 minutes.
