• Whole chicken 1
  • Yogurt 1 ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  • Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
  • White vinegar ½ cup
  • Soya sauce1 tbsp
  • Lemons 3
  • Oi l½ cup
  • Salt to taste


Add in yogurt, ginger garlic paste, vinegar, soya sauce and salt.

Keep it for half an hour.

Cook it on a low flame. When the water dries add in oil, lemon juice, crushed black pepper and simmer for 10 minutes.

Serve hot
