• 1 lt milk
  • ¼ cup almond paste
  • Peeled and finely chopped almonds
  • 12-15 finely chopped pistachio
  • 1 or 2 cup sugar
  • 1 pinch saffron
  • 1 teaspoon ghee


Boil milk on low flame in a deep base pan while stirring continuously Mix almond paste and cook it till the mixture reduces to half

Place another pan on flame and pour one teaspoon of ghee. Now add chopped pistachio and almonds, fry till it turns light pink

Mix fried almond and pistachio in the thick milk Soak saffron in two teaspoon milk and add it in the mixture

Now add sugar and cook it again so that sugar completely melts into the milk Take it off from flame and the dish is ready to be served
