• Almonds 25 gm
  • Pistachios 25 gm
  • Jaggery 50 gm
  • Dried dates 100 gm
  • Dried apricots 100 gm
  • Rice 300 gm
  • Olive oil ½ cup
  • Salt to taste


Boil 300 grams rice till 2/3 cooked. Also boil 25 grams almonds, 25 grams pistachios, and 100 grams dried dates and 100 grams dried apricots and de-seed dried dates.

In a pan, add ½ cup olive oil and sauté dry fruits.

Also add rice and salt to taste and allow simmering for 4 to 5 minutes. Arabic rice is ready to serve.
