Potato Loaf Recipe

Recipe Ingredients

  • Potatoes boiled ½ kg
  • Egg beaten 1
  • Mince ½ kg
  • All spice powder 1 tsp
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  • Black salt 1 tsp
  • Chili powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander leaves ½ bunch
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Cumin seeds 2 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Water 1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese ½ cup
Recipe Method

  1. In a pan put together ½ kg mince, 1 cup water, 2 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tsp black salt, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp all spice powder, ½ cup yogurt, 1 tsp chili powder and 1 chopped onion.
  2. Cook on low flame till water dries and mince is tender.
  3. Finely mash ½ kg boiled potatoes, put in butter paper and roll using a rolling pin.
  4. Now spread with chicken filling and roll.
  5. Brush top with 1 beaten egg. Spread ½ cup grated cheddar cheese.
  6. Lastly bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
